The Family Support Program at the School of Social Work is committed to preserving your privacy. We do not collect personal information such as name, address, telephone number, or email address unless you voluntarily submit it to us by mail, email, or telephone. This information is used for the purpose of responding to requests for information by the user. The Family Support Program also collects aggregated data on the nature of the inquiries it receives and the age, disability, gender and county of residence of the child associated with the inquiry.

For site administration functions, the Family Support Program reviews information about visitors to the website in aggregate to help us diagnose problems, identify popular parts of our website, plan for improvements, and generally maintain the site. We determine which pages are visited, which hyperlinks are selected, how long visitors stay on a page, and the general geographic distribution of visitors to our website.
